Liver-Bile Formula:

The liver has to cope with many harmful substances like no other organ. This makes nutritional support for the liver and its auxiliary organ, the gallbladder, all the more important.

Plant extracts have long been used for this purpose. Extracts of artichoke, milk thistle and dandelion support normal digestion and help to maintain normal liver function. Artichoke and milk thistle contribute to normal bile production.

Take 1 - 2 capsules daily with plenty of liquid with a meal.

Epsom salt:

VIVAMAYR Epsom salt has a strong water-binding effect and stimulates bile flow. In the right solution with water, it has a strong cleansing effect on the intestinal mucosa and the hepatobiliary tract.

To cleanse the digestive tract, dissolve a level teaspoon in 200 ml lukewarm water and drink on an empty stomach. At least 30 minutes after the next meal/drink. Make sure you drink enough during the day. For adults and children aged 12 and over only as prescribed by a doctor.

Alkaline powder:

A balanced ratio of acids and bases is important for the optimal course of all metabolic processes. It is also sensible to pay attention to a balanced ratio of foods when eating: less meat, fish, cheese, white bread and sugar, but more vegetables, ripe local fruit and cold-pressed vegetable oils.

Preparation and eating habits are also important health factors. Eat in peace and with pleasure, chew your food thoroughly so that it can be easily absorbed and avoid raw food in the evening.

Drink 1 x daily (preferably in the morning before breakfast or in the evening before going to bed) a slightly heaped teaspoon (approx. 4g) dissolved in 1/4 liter of warm water. Or as recommended by your doctor.

It should be taken at least 60 minutes after a meal. This recommendation applies to adults and children aged 12 years and over. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.

Liver tea:

For our VIVAMAYR liver tea, we went in search of bitter herbs and put together a balanced blend of organic yarrow and organic wormwood. Because the liver loves everything that is bitter. Wormwood is one of the most bitter herbs and supports the liver in detoxification. Yarrow, on the other hand, harmoniously rounds off the bitter wormwood.

A cup of liver tea stimulates the production of digestive juices in the stomach, gall bladder and liver.

Soup seasoning:

Soup seasoning with salt, carrots, fennel, yellow turnips, parsnips, celery, celeriac, parsley, lovage, galangal, turmeric

Dissolve one teaspoon in 1/2 l boiling water as a base for soup. Our soup seasoning is also suitable for seasoning sauces, salad dressings, vegetables, casseroles and stews.
