We ship within the EU, UK, US, Canada, Monaco and Switzerland. Please see the following list for the respective delivery costs. These are charged for standard shipping and depend on the weight of the shipment.

The shipment will take place within 1-3 days after receipt of your order or after receipt of payment. The delivery time is Austria and Germany 1-2 and in the rest of the EU 3-6 working days. It will be extended accordingly if a delay in delivery is caused by circumstances for which we are not responsible, in particular public holidays, force majeure, transport bottlenecks of the courier, etc.

Deliveries are made exclusively by our service partners DPD and Post AG. We accept no liability for incorrect deliveries or delays due to incomplete or incorrect data.

We will send you the shipping confirmation by email, where you will also receive your parcel number and the link to track your parcel. In addition, the respective courier will also notify you by email before the planned delivery and provide you with a delivery window in which you can expect to receive your parcel.

Please note that our packages are sent from Austria. The online shop team is not available on Austrian public holidays or on weekends.
