Where can I buy VIVAMAYR vouchers?
Click on the menu item “Vouchers” on our website or in the online shop or follow this direct link .
How can I redeem a discount code?
If you have a valid discount code from one of our vouchers, you can enter it in the shopping cart under "Redeem discount code". Please confirm your entry by clicking on the "Redeem" button. The discount will be deducted directly from the shopping cart and the reduction in the amount will be visible immediately. Once the order has been completed, a discount code cannot be redeemed retroactively and the discount can no longer be granted.
Is your online shop available in English?
Our website and online shop are available in both English and German. To select English on a desktop computer, scroll to the top of the page, hover your mouse over “DE” and select “EN” for English in the top left corner. For the English version on a mobile phone, tap on the menu icon, then switch to “EN” in the top right corner.

I entered an incorrect shipping address. How can I correct it?
Please send an email to shop@vivamayr.com immediately so that we can send your order to the correct address. For future orders, you can change the delivery address in your customer account.
Can I add a product to an order I have already placed?
Orders received before 11:00 am on a working day usually leave our premises on the same day.
If you send us an email to shop@vivamayr.com , we will do our best to include the additional products.

How can I change my customer data?
Once you are logged in to your account, you can edit your shipping and billing addresses , password and account details from your account dashboard.
Will my selected products remain saved in my shopping cart?
As long as you are logged in with your customer account, all products in your shopping cart will be saved until you check out or delete them manually.
