DAOZym: The contained enzyme diamine oxidase (DAO) corresponds to the body's own enzyme that breaks down food histamine. In the form of DAOZym®, the DAO enzyme can be easily supplied as required and thus contribute to the tolerance of foods containing histamine. DAOZym® also contains the amino acid L-glutamine in its bioidentical L-form.

Take 1 capsule unchewed with a little liquid immediately before a meal. For high histamine meals take 2-3 capsules during the meal. Up to 3 capsules daily.

10 to 15 drops in a glass of lukewarm water before or after a meal or allow to melt on the tongue. Store closed, cool, dry and protected from light out of the reach of small children.

AH Formula: Histamine causes inflammation and allergies. It is produced by bacterial conversion in the digestive system or is a component of various foods. AH Formula supports the breakdown of histamine and thus reduces histamine-induced complaints. Energised through a special manufacturing process.

2 x 1 capsule daily with meals. This recommendation applies to adults and children aged 12 and over. Use only under medical supervision.

Siebensalz Magnesium: Biogena Siebensalz® Magnesium provides seven different magnesium compounds. Biogena's product development team has created an ideal mixture of differently soluble and magnesium-rich compounds in the capsule. This ensures a good supply of magnesium - regardless of the prevailing pH value in the gastrointestinal tract.

Take 1-2 x 1 capsule daily with plenty of liquid outside of meals.
