Linseed Oil

Cold pressed, 100% pure and organic linseed oil from Fandler/Austria. Specially produced for VIVAMAYR, extra gently pressed with especially high Omega 3 fatty acid content. No taste bud can resist its delicate flavor, while no chef can resist its combinability. It provides the perfect finishing touch for white vegetables, for example, or as a topping for a revitalizing porridge. As a reliable provider of omega-3, this oil boosts your overall health.

Mouth Care Oil

A teaspoon of VIVAMAYR mouth care oil should be taken in the morning on an empty stomach and after you have brushed your teeth. Gently pull the oil back and forth; drawing it through your teeth so that it has extensive contact with the mucous membrane. Duration approx. 10-15 minutes. Afterwards the oil must be spit out.

By swishing the oil round your mouth in this way, toxins will be extracted from the lymphatic area of the head and expelled. The oil will turn white, foamy and fluid. When you are done, spit what remains into the wash basin. Do not swallow it.

Basepowder

1-2 x per day (preferably in the morning before breakfast or evening before bedtime), dissolve one slightly heaped teaspoon (approx.4g) in 1/4 liter of warm water and drink. Or as recommended by your doctor. Consume at least 60 minutes before a meal.

Recommended use

Linseed Oil:
To preserve the high-quality ingredients in our cold-pressed oils, they should only be heated very little (peanut, sesame and grape seed oils are an exception). They are therefore not suitable for deep-frying or searing food.

However, they develop their full aroma when slightly warmed, for example when seasoning and refining finished dishes.

Organic Mouthcare Oil:
VIVAMAYR Organic Mouthcare oil for gargling. For the treatment of mucous membranes in the mouth.

Recommended use:

Take a teaspoonful of mouth care oil in the morning on an empty stomach after brushing your teeth. Pull the oil without much effort back and forth, draw it through your teeth, even bite and suck it so that it has intense contact with the mucous membrane. Then spit it out.

Note: The best time for pulling oil is in the morning on an empty stomach. To intensify detoxication, you can repeat the procedure several times a day before meals. Store in a cool and sealed place. Once opened, consume quickly. Sediments and cloudiness are naturally occurring. Sesame, peanuts and nuts are also processed in the same factory.
