Oral Care Oil:
Drink 1 x daily (preferably in the morning before breakfast or in the evening before going to bed) a slightly heaped teaspoon (approx. 4g) dissolved in 1/4 liter of warm water. Or as recommended by your doctor and should be taken at least 60 minutes after a meal. This recommendation applies to adults and children aged 12 years and over.

The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.1 teaspoon of VIVAMAYR Oral Care Oil in the morning on an empty stomach, after brushing your teeth, then move the oil back and forth in the mouth without effort, pull through the teeth, chew, suck, so that there is intensive contact with the mucous membrane. This is done for 10 to 15 minutes, after which the oil should be spat out.

Oil pulling removes harmful substances from the lymphatic area of the head via the mucous membrane. This makes the oil itself white, foamy and thinner. After oil pulling, it is best to spit the remaining oil into the toilet and avoid swallowing it.

Magnesium Citrate:
To compensate for magnesium deficiency symptoms (cramps, constipation,...) take 1-1.5 teaspoons with plenty of water at least 60 minutes apart with meals. For adults and children over 12 years of age as prescribed by a doctor.
